NEIMAN MARCUS COFFEE HOUR CAKE (Syd Bortner)

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
2 eggs
2 sticks real butter (softened)

Mix together and press into 9 X 13 baking pan.

THEN

1 lb. box of confectioners sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. soft cream cheese

Mix with mixer, and spoon and spread over the top of pressed bottom layer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until top is golden brown.
