cans minced clams (drain off 3/4 cup juice and reserve
2 bars cream cheese, softened (I use neufchatel)
1/4 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
4 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons Worchestershire Sauce
Salt and pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Few dashes tobasco sauce
Mix
together with spoon. Add clam juice to thin as needed.
